หวย is built to run on your device. There are no user accounts, no sign-up, and no server of ours that stores anything about you.
The app stores the following inside its own storage area on your device:
This data never leaves your device. The developer cannot access it, and it is not backed up to any server of ours. All matching of your ticket numbers against draw results happens locally on your device.
The app connects to the internet for two purposes only:
The app is free and displays a banner ad served by Google AdMob, a Google service and the only third-party SDK in the app.

The developer does not receive this personal data and has no access to it in raw form. For details on how Google uses this data, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time under Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device.
The app requests camera permission solely to scan the barcode printed on a lottery ticket. Camera frames are processed on the device in real time to decode the barcode. No image is saved to your device and no image is uploaded anywhere. The only thing retained is the ticket number that was decoded. You may deny camera permission and continue to use the app by typing numbers manually.
If you allow it, the app shows a notification when a new draw result is announced. These notifications are generated locally on your device. They are not push messages from a server, and no data is sent off the device to produce them.
The app does not request, store, or transmit your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, GPS location, financial or payment information, or photos from your device. There is no account system and no registration. The app contains no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK.
You can remove everything at any time:
Because we hold no copy of your data anywhere else, there is nothing for you to request that we delete.
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. The app's subject matter concerns the government lottery, an adult activity, so we recommend use by adults.
This app is published by Attention AI. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government Lottery Office of Thailand or any Thai government agency. Results shown in the app are for reference only; the official results are those announced by the Government Lottery Office. The app does not sell lottery tickets and contains no gambling of any kind.
